goals & rewards

Everyone needs some form of motivation. To chase after a dangling carrot if you will. There has to be an objective, a goal, a purpose and essentially some thing to look forward to. The goals are a mix of fitness and vanity aspirations, with the rewards being weight and size centric.

Starting Goal: To lose the first 5kg accomplished goal!

Second Goal: fit into aussie jeans confortably  accomplished goal!

Reward: fancy new jeans and a camelbak if coupled with Mc R hike.

Third Goal: 3kg weight loss by end March

Fourth Goal: 40kg squat x 5 reps
