Eating plans differ from person to person. Some people cannot tolerant the absence of carbohydrates (usually refined simple carbs i.e: bread, noodles), they get jittery, cranky and the run of the mill batty. Others like me excel on a low carbohydrate, high protein meal plan. If I do take carbs, they are in the form of complex carbohydrates (vegetables, brown rice, sweet potato). Admittedly, the latter few are rare and only occur if i have to. Otherwise, it's literally meat and vegetables. The meal plan is for my entire lifetime, sure I will allow myself the occasional bread stick or two but I suspect that I am yeast intolerant and by virtue carb intolerant. I monitor my moods, energy level when I do take them and they begin with promise, I have a burst of energy and then, it falters fairly quickly leaving me tired.

I have more energy on a high protein diet, I feel less bloated (for a girl, there is no better motivation than not having the after dinner paunch). I suggest trying the various meal plans (I am hesitant in calling it a diet because, it should be permanent change in the way that you eat)

Monday

BF: two hard boiled eggs and slice of pineapple

S: quarter roasted chicken

L: chicken breast with greens

S: -

PW: EverFit Protein Shake in Tangy Orange

D: two chicken thighs with a side of vegetables

 

Tuesday

BF: two hard boiled eggs

S: quarter roasted chicken and tall cuppucino with extra shot

L: tuna salad with sunflower seeds, olives and brocolli,

S: -

D: clear soup with chicken, corn and carrots

S: clear soup with chicken, corn and carrots

 

Wednesday

BF: egg omelette with bacon

S: almonds, raisins, cashews

L: tandoori chicken salad with a handful of pasta & mango smoothie

S: tall cappuccino with a packet of white sugar

D: pork pepper soup

 

Thursday

BF: -

S: tall cuppuccino with a packet of white sugar

L: shrimp salad with carrots, cucumbers and mint yogurt dressing with an iced tea

S: -

PW: EverFit Protein Shake in Tangy Orange

D: pork pepper rib soup

 

Friday

BF: -

S: roasted chicken

L: -

S: -

D: Cappelini (crab meat with angel hair pasta) with a glass of white, and three Gin Tonics

Saturday

BF: -

S: -

PW: 4Ever Fit Protein Shake in Tangy Orange

L: half a can of tuna with chilli, onions and garlic

S: Um. lots of CNY goodies – a couple of tarts, biscotti etc

D: steamed fish

Sunday

BF: -

S: fries

L: Smoked Salmon with Eggs Benedict

S: two spoonfuls of chocolate cake

S: aglio olio spaghetti with spam, ham and tabasco sauce (urk!)

PW: 4Ever Fit Protein Shake in Tangy Orange (single serving)

D: chicken drumstick, a couple pork ribs

    evilllllll ! I will have some on Saturday! today, is alcohol *come to momma* & italian for my cheat meal
