BF: eggs

L: fresh salad with tuna, tofu, sunflower seeds, olives

D: pepper pork rib soup

Tuesday

BF: 100g of pork loin

S: -

L: pork dumplings, cucumber slices, hot n sour tofu soup

S: peanuts and cuppuccino

D: chicken soup, , an egg and soft shell crab

 

Wednesday

BF: minced pork patties

S: black coffee with 2 splenda

L: roasted chicken thigh, a mango smoothie (low fat milk, greek yogurt, mango blend)

S: -

D: assorted meats (braised pork slices, satay), sambal kangkong, 4 chocolate wafer bikkies (EEK!)

 

Thursday

BF: scrambled eggs with 1 slice bacon

S: -

L: tuna salad with coucous, 1.5 pcs of egg, tofu, broc and sunflower seed 

S: -

D: half a chicken

 

Friday

BF: a extra shot short cappuccino with a packet of raw sugar

S: -

L: half a honey glazed chicken
