Changing routines.
31 Aug
Made the decision to swap out my regular training routine for something tougher because, my schedule is mad and I can’t afford to keep up with fixed sessions. I went for my last class this week and it was a new routine, insanely tough. I felt so defeated by the end, I ought to be stronger but I let it fall by the wayside because, work took over.
Will head for my first session this Wednesday, i think and then, figure out a way to work out before work so I can afford to stay back late and be productive. Not feeling bad that I have to rush off for my gym session will help oodles.
It is not the failure that counts but how you pick yourself up after a fall. Right?

absolutely.
btw, routine yesterday was just crazy. Left me hobbling down the stairs on the way home. Felt like *@*#$&$ while doing it!!!!! And we have to do 3 freakin’ sets next time! haha.. Gonna miss you bunny :D
THREE SETS?!?!?!?! OMG, KEEEL ME!
That may be but, i suspect that it won’t be easier. at all.
hey, tks for your tips on the meal plan. Ur weight loss has been a great source of motivation. U’re doing great! I knw what u mean..
I get nasty stares whenever i leave office on the dot and feel lousy when i have to leave work half-done for class. But whatever it is, we shld have realised the importance of eating right by now (following it is another story lol), Keep going ya and all the best.
Jocelyn: You’re so sweet! Thank you so much!
You too? Totally understand about the rushing off from work. My subordinates have been giving me the evil eye cos they do OT and I don’t.
I have to say the flexibility of timing for the PT sessions is the best part. I just wished the gym is opened the entire day instead of mornings and evenings only.
