Another challenge of eating clean

One of the challenges of eating clean is preparation. It is time consuming, energy sapping occasionally and even boring. What I do is to set aside two days in a week where I’ll eat out. The monotony is broken and, I am not constantly slaving over the stove.
Today’s lunch of the day: Smoked salmon with mozzarella salad and pesto dressing. Lip-smackingly delicious!


So just curious– what is your eating plan. Looks like you are doing low (or almost no) carb?
Hi Nina, I’m doing low/no starchy carbs (potato, rice etc) and high protein but, I consume tons of vegetables (carbs as well, just not the starchy variety) Everyone is built differently, I feel heavy and generally lethargic when I consume starchy carbs so, I leave it out.
