MONDAY
BF: two hard boiled eggs, 80g of WW minced beef (450 cals, 32g of protein)
S: -
L: 200g of pork loin, 60g of chicken fillet (400 cals, 61g of protein)

D: steamed salmon with a side of stir fry broccoli with prawns (300 cals, 21g of protein)
Status: Today is sans snacks because, I forgot to bring along my nut replenishment. I felt REALLY hungry now that I started my HCI supplement. Which according to J is great because it means I am finally digesting my food more effectively. Not so great for me because I am hungry.
TUESDAY
BF: 100g of minced chicken patties, two hard boiled eggs (350 cal, 33g of protein)
S:-
L: 200g of minced beef and button mushrooms in stewed tomato sauce (650 cal, 48g of protein)
S: 100g of lean pork loin (220 cal, 28.5g of protein)
D: steamed tofu with 150g of minced pork and 50g of chicken fillet (550 cal, 75g of protein)
Status: as close to perfect as i’ll get with exception of the no snack situation. i busted my own caloric budget but with all good protein which is awesome.
WEDNESDAY
BF: 100g of chicken fillet, two hard boiled eggs (300 cal, 32g of protein)
S: -
L: 120g of meatballs, 100g of chicken fillet (420cal, 45g of protein)
S: a handful of almonds (100 cal, 6g of protein)
D: chicken caesar salad and mango smoothie (650cal, 25g of protein)
Status: had debated the smoothie treat and went with it because, there’s no point trying to curb one’s cravings if it only gets stronger. indulged alittle and it was SO good.
THURSDAY
BF: 50g of minced chicken, two hard boiled eggs (250 cal, 32g of protein)
S: 10 almonds (100 cal, 6g of protein)
L: 100g of minced chicken patties and 100g of pork loin with salsa (500 cal, 40g of protein)
S: 10 almonds and a cup of green tea (100 cal, 6g of protein)
PW: Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake in Rocky Road (120cal, 24g of protein)
D: pepper pork soup, stir fry broccoli (350 cal, 20g of protein)
Status: Not a bad day at all. Actually, perfect.
FRIDAY
BF: 200g of pork loin
S: -
L: 50g of roasted chicken
S: -
D: steamed sea bream
Status: bad. horrible. someone buy a vocal?
SATURDAY
BF: -
PW: ON protein shake in Mocha Cuppucino

L: half a crepe with roasted mushrooms
S: Mc Wings x 4 pcs without skin, medium fries (half) and 8oz Coca Cola (750 cals,$%#^!!!!!!!!)
D: assorted chinese food

J asked me to eat more but it’s what I can eat for now.
I’ve been trying to eat more so I’ve added meat for breakfast and I will have a protein shake after my work outs. Usually, I’d have two snacks but, without my nuts, I’m snack-less.
i see… im not a fan of nuts!
ahh. but i love my meat.
